Now that we are live I would like to thank you for all your professional service and extremely quick turn around of my new web site. I was very apprehensive to make a major change with my web site in this current economic environment. With so much business being conducted on the internet and struggling to get every sale, I just didn’t want another negative situation to deal with. You and Ultimate have made this a very positive experience and I would highly recommend your service to anyone considering a switch or trying to reduce expenses this year. Not only was the new site design extremely easy but very affordable in a challenged market. I am also very happy about reducing my monthly maintenance cost over 60% and not sacrificing any of the services that will make my site professional and informative for my customers. One of the lesson’s I learned in this process that less is more. Our previous provider made our site very complicated and I felt overwhelmed trying to keep track of improvement and modification. Most of the time they never were completed and with Ultimate it’s be the exact opposite.

This letter is long over due, not some much in the aspect of time but rather in the relation of doing an outstanding job as our web provider. I am not the kind of person to hop around a lot and believe in lasting relationships in both business as well as my personal life. Saying that is was not easy to make the decision to divorce our previous service.
