Connectors and Connection Services:

As a web client or a inventory console only web client, we make sure that your inventory is updated every day based on what you have entered into your DMS Software. Here are some examples:

IDS (INVENTORY PULL)

If you have IDS Software in place, you'll need to have their AstraWeb Software installed. This software is purchased and installed directly from IDS. Turn around time is fast.

AstraWeb is a web-based product that updates your Astra unit inventory to the Internet so that potential customers may view your inventory on your website online.

MyRVAdvantage Inventory Connector Set-up (INVENTORY PULL)

MyRVAdvantage provides the ability to export data out of your current inventory system directly to our web console for daily feed updates. Turn around time is fast.

INVENTORY PUSH to CLASSIFIED SITES

If you currently advertise with classified sites like RVTraderOnline, RVUSA, RVTrader, etc., we will push (feed) your inventory daily to those accounts allowing you to keep your inventory current on all those site but keeping your data entry down to one time. This feed is updated daily.

INVENTORY FEEDS and UPDATES

Ultimate Video Showcase, Inc. extends our Push/Pull service at no additional cost to the client. Ultimate Video Showcase, Inc. has the right to discontinue feeds both in and out of our server at anytime in the event they feel the client(s) website(s) are in jeopardy of loss of inventory due to software or feed glitches.

* Photo Bundles - are packages of Manufacturer photos (sometimes up to 30) and are automatically loaded onto your inventory at the time of data entry. This option allows your website to always have photos online. Later on you can add your own or delete what ever photos you do not want.

** Special Internet Pricing Option - Many Manufacturers request that you only publish the MSRP on the internet. This option allows you to load in your special pricing. The visitor will NOT see the price but simply see a link that says CLICK HERE FOR SPECIAL INTERNET PRICING. When they click on that link a simple three line form opens up that asks them their Name, Email and Phone Number. In real time, they receive an email from your dealership with the price that YOU entered on the back end template. Your console also captures and saves their information and can be easily exported to use in a future email blast.

Hosting and unlimited emails are always included... and turn around time for a new client site is under ten business days. The investment is a one time $3,995.00.

Licensing and Ownership: Ultimate Video Showcase, Inc. retains full rights to, and ownership of the website design, website files, and inventory management software. The setup fee paid to Ultimate Video Showcase, Inc. does not grant ownership of the website design, website files, or the inventory management software provided by Ultimate Video Showcase, Inc.
